FARGO — The Border Battle Bike Race on the Red River (B-B-BRRR) Winter Classic returns for its ninth year, with the race beginning at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, in Wildflower Grove Park, 9 Lower Terrace.
This 10K course begins just south of Oak Grove Park in Fargo and takes riders of all abilities through a variety of terrain as they pedal across bike paths, prairie tundra and the frozen Red River of the North.
Online registration is open now, with an early bird entry fee of $30 on or before Jan. 24. After Jan. 24, the fee will increase to $40. Race-day registration is accepted. All racers receive a meal, beverage and T-shirt for participating, with awards given to top riders.
