The community is invited to tour 76 new homes in six communities including Fargo, Horace, Mapleton, Moorhead, Oxbow and West Fargo. The price of the houses, which were constructed by 43 builders, ranges from $195,900 to $1,400,000. This year's parade showcases homes for those 55 and older, first-time home buyers, people needing more space and those wanting to downsize.
Admission to most of the homes is free. Tickets can be purchased at www.paradefm.com or through the Parade FM mobile app, which provides information on each home along with maps, routes and additional information. The Parade of Homes magazine is also available at all Hornbacher's stores in Fargo-Moorhead, and an insert of the home listings was published April 28 in The Forum.

Tickets cost $5 to tour three luxury homes ranging in price from $899,000 to $1,400,000. The money raised from the luxury home tour goes to Home Builders Care of Fargo-Moorhead Foundation, the Home Builders Association's charitable organization dedicated to supporting skill training, education and community projects related to the housing industry.
