FARGO — North Dakota State University is offering grants up to $750 for youth gardening projects.

The funds may be used to purchase gardening and educational supplies for schools, 4-H clubs, church groups and other youth organizations. Approximately 50 projects are supported across the state each year.

In 2020, more than 3,300 children participated in Junior Master Gardener Projects including school gardens, beautifying schools and parks, constructing raised beds for the elderly and growing food for local food pantries.
