FARGO — Spring Fever Garden forums, a series of workshops offered by North Dakota State University Extension, will cover a variety of garden topics, such as the top vegetable varieties grown in North Dakota and pruning shrubs to make them look their best.
Forums will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday nights from March 25, to April 15. Participants can join the forum online or attend one of the 24 NDSU Extension offices around the state.
A team of experts in subsequent forums will share information on selecting hydrangeas and shade trees, growing raspberries, pruning shrubs, caring for trees, mowing lawns, growing flowers for bouquets, attracting bees, improving garden soil and more.
The forums are free. Free samples of seeds and bulbs will be provided to people attending at NDSU Extension sites.
