"Hungry for More" host Jim Manney takes us back to Mezzaluna, where Chef Jeff Reitz shows us how to use the rest of chicken from last week and makes it into savory homemade chicken stock.
Reitz uses onion, celery and carrots in water to simmer overnight with the remaining chicken parts.
It's tastier and healthier for you than the store-bought variety. And with the chicken breast and legs you already have from breaking the whole thing down, the rest of the week's meals are already planned out for you.
