In conjunction with National Health Care Decisions Day, Innovis Health of Fargo will host a free community forum from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday in the Innovations Room at the campus on 32nd Avenue South.
Materials and staff will be available to help participants complete a health care directive.
National Health Care Decision Day is a nationwide effort to empower individuals with the knowledge and resources to understand, discuss and complete a health care directive.
