FARGO — Interested members of the community are invited to an apple tree pruning workshop from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, May 10, at Orchard Glen Park, 900 Orchard Park Drive.
Learn how to prune apple trees and get them ready for their summer growing season. Fargo Park District Forestry staff will provide a one-hour tree pruning demonstration, followed by two hours of hands-on experience pruning apple trees.
While the Fargo Park District team will provide all the tools and know-how, guests are required to bring safety glasses, work gloves and appropriate clothing.
