Cris Linnares is a Brazilian psychologist who is fascinated with the human mind and how people are able to thrive wherever they are.
She moved to Fargo over a decade ago and has decided to seek out people in the community who are passionate about where they live and find joy in all they do.
Linnares partnered with her friend Jessica Teubner, who is a filmmaker and passionate Fargo local. Together their mission is to find Fargo’s Local Locos: people who are able to find passion, pleasure and peace wherever they are.

They want to find people all over the world who love their cities and find joy wherever they are. And they're starting in their hometown of Fargo.
