Minnesota physicians groups are inviting the public to complete an online survey to share perspectives about Minnesota health care.
Survey responses are confidential and will be used to help improve health care in Minnesota. Those taking the survey must be 18 or older.
The survey can be found at www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=5ke_2brtGCscMwTOdPibodaQ_3d_3d .
The deadline to participate is May 27.
A summary final report will be posted on the Minnesota Department of Health's health reform Web site at www.health.state.mn.us/healthreform .
