FARGO — Gyms in Minnesota can partially re-open at 25%, a max of 100 people, and 12 feet apart. Previously, they've been closed since Nov. 18.
Since then, some gym managers tell us they've seen more Minnesotans signing up for gym memberships in North Dakota.
Gym Managers at both Planet Fitness and Anytime Fitness in Fargo say they've seen an increase of Minnesotans in their studios.
The studio director from fly fitness, Michelle Cody, says her classes have been filled with people from across the river.
"There's obviously a difference between North Dakota and Minnesota where were all at right now, and the woman and men who are coming from the other state are certainly very excited and can't even handle the thought of us not being open," Cody said.
