MOORHEAD — The Moorhead Public Library will partner with Prairie St. John's for two events focusing on mental health during the winter months.
A meet and greet will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, at the Moorhead Library, 118 Fifth St. S. Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy refreshments and learn about the programs and services provided by Prairie St. John's for mental health and substance use challenges.
A "Battling the Winter Blues" workshop will be held from 6:30-8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23, at the Moorhead Library. The workshop will focus on effective ways to manage emotions during the winter months. A representative from Prairie St. John's will share signs and symptoms to watch for and ways to battle the winter blues.
These events are free and open to the public.
