WEST FARGO - Crews will be putting a new seal coat on North Dakota Highway 10 between West Fargo and Casselton starting Wednesday.
Traffic speeds will be reduced while flaggers and pilot cars guide motorists through the work site, according to the state's Department of Transportation.
The project is expected to take about two weeks to complete.
