WHEATLAND, N.D. — Mom and entrepreneur Dani Lynnes knows how overwhelming motherhood can be. Mom to three kids ages 9, 6 and 4, she also understands how busy mothers are every day. That's why she decided to launch a program designed specifically to give moms the encouragement they need in a format and at a time when they need it most.

The Mobile Mommy Mentor program officially launches Oct. 11 with three different membership levels that include text messages sent at least three times a week checking in with and supporting moms who need some encouragement and creative ideas.

Lynnes, who has a bachelor's degree in psychology, has been the owner and director at a child care center for nine years. In that role, she has helped families and children overcome common challenges and brainstorm ideas for dealing with situations many families face.

So what kind of mom is Lynnes hoping to involve in the program?

"The mom I used to be," she said without hesitation. "Overwhelmed, with so many things going on. The mom who gets a day off but feels guilty for not being with her kids. She gets a day off but is too exhausted to do anything."

Lynnes wants the program to be an ongoing conversation that will be helpful and valuable for the participants, and she's starting with a focus on sustainable habits and routines as well as strengthening relationships.

Participants can choose between three levels: basic, premium and VIP, and they can move between the levels as needed. Plans start at $14 a month, with prices increasing to $29 and $99 for the upper levels, which also include group coaching as well as one-on-one time with Lynnes.

Lynnes says she wants mothers to give themselves grace when dealing with various challenges, but also realize that they aren't alone in their struggles.

"Life isn't perfect, so be resourceful and ask for help when you need it," she says.
