Co-owner Matt Winjum said he plans to address Fargo commissioners at tonight's board meeting, which begins at in City Hall, 200 3rd St. N.

According to a leter Winjum wrote to the board:

The pizzeria's downtown Fargo location at 606 Main Ave. has received noise complaints from neighboring residents since the business opened its rooftop patio three weeks ago.

Fargo's noise ordinance - which protects residents from "unreasonable noise levels" - takes effect at 10 p.m.
