FARGO - I recently agreed to try a free sample of Inventive Eco-Organic Anti-Oxidant Infusion Balm and Elemental Mineral Mist.

I loved the mist, but didn't notice that the balm made much of a difference on my skin.

Inventive Eco-Organic uses certified organic ingredients to create its products, which are hand-made in small batches, according to the company's website.

The Anti-Oxidant Infusion Balm contains Omega-3 to support cellular restoration and promote healing; argan oil to heal, revitalize and moisturize; and vitamin

B-5 to energize, restore and heal the skin, according to the company.

Inventive Eco-Organic says its balm is ideal for dry, listless skin. The company also recommends it to nourish the eye area.

The balm has a light minty, herbal scent, and the product isn't too heavy. While it felt nice on my skin, I did not see a noticeable difference in my skin's appearance or texture after sampling the product.

The balm sells for $23 for 0.7 ounces, $54 for 2.75 ounces, and $74 for 4 ounces.

The Elemental Mineral Mist contains copper to reduce wrinkles, firm and replenish skin and improve its texture and elasticity; potassium to support the moisture balance of the skin; and silver to heal the skin, according to the company.

Inventive Eco-Organic says its mineral mist is designed to provide mineral support to the skin's cells and helps maintain proper pH balance while providing suppleness and elasticity.

It will also extend the freshness of makeup by preventing cracking and drying, the company states.

Inventive Eco-Organic recommends the product for people with acne, Rosacea and normal to sensitive skin.

I really liked the mineral mist. It's a refreshing spray that seemed to brighten my skin and make it appear less oily when I spritzed my face with it at the end of the day.

The mist sells for $6 for 0.26 ounces, $14 for 2 ounces, $25 for 4 ounces, and $38 for 8 ounces.

Bottom line: The products are a bit pricey but might be worth a try if you're looking for an organic way to jazz up your skincare routine.
