FERGUS FALLS, Minn. - Lake Region Healthcare will host "Feeling Good for Life," a women's wellness event, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 8 in Legacy Hall on the Minnesota State Community and Technical College campus here.
Registration and a chai tea reception is from 11 to 11:30 a.m. Jill Blashack Strahan, founder and CEO of Tastefully Simple, will deliver the keynote speech during lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
From 12:30 to 3 p.m., attendees can participate in health screenings, chair massages, pampering stations and more.
