The YMCA of Cass and Clay Counties is joining YMCAs nationwide in celebrating Keep Moving Month in May.

A communitywide event for adults will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. May 30 at the YMCA, 400 1st Ave. S., Fargo, to encourage members and the community to lead a more active life by sampling fitness classes and programs designed for those new to fitness.

Participants can try or observe different low-impact exercise options. Instructors will be on hand to answer questions.
