Marcella Gulsvig, Moorhead, will celebrate her 80th birthday with her family.
She was born March 26, 1930, to Ray and Hulda (Bartness) Summers in Elbow Lake, Minn. She married Sonny Gulsvig Sept. 28, 1952 and they made their home in Moorhead. They were married for 56 years before his death.
They have four children, Penny (Bucky) Burgau, Kris (Patty) Gulsvig, Chuck (Dar) Gulsvig, Moorhead; and Kathy (Mel) Masseth, Fargo; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
