Miranda Mastrud and Zachary Lavelle, Fargo, announce their engagement.
Parents are the late Patsy Evenson, the late Leslie "Pinky" Mastrud and Karen Selberg-Lavelle, Fargo; and Michael Lavelle, Minnetonka, Minn.
Miranda graduated in 2000 from Fargo North High School and in 2007 graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. She is operations manager at Joann Fabrics and Crafts, Fargo.
Zachary graduated in 2001 from West Fargo High School and attended North Dakota State University. He owns a family day care in Fargo.
A June 23 wedding is planned at Grand Valley Lutheran Church, New Town, N.D. A reception will be held Sept. 25 at the NDSU Alumni Center, Fargo.
