2021 Communicator of Achievement Tammy Fogle
Tammy Fogle has been named Communicator of Achievement by NDPC for 2021. COA is the highest honor North Dakota Professional Communicators bestows on a member each year.
Fogle advances to the national competition, where judging is based on professional achievement, community service and service to the state and national organizations.
Fogle graduated from MSUM with a bachelor’s degree in mass communications and began her professional career in broadcast at WDAY. Fogle then worked for the Fargo Park District as a one-woman marketing team. She took those skills to North Dakota State College of Science, where she continues to hone her digital marketing talents with a focus on email marketing, website management, social media strategy and video production.
Fogle has been an active member of NDPC for 14 years. She’s been entering her work in the annual communications contest since 2016, and for the past three years, her work has earned a place in the national contest. In 2018, Fogle joined the board of directors as Second Vice President for State and National Contests, a role she held for two years. She is completing a term as the NDPC board secretary and has been elected as president for the coming year. She is also helping plan the 2022 national conference, which will be hosted by NDPC.
