Aldevron Names Andy Rodgers as Director of Operational Excellence
Andy Rodgers has joined Aldevron as its Director of Operational Excellence. In his position, Rodgers will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing strategies and objectives to ensure the achievement of the company’s goals to improve performance, quality, delivery and cost. Rodgers brings over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement. Prior to joining Aldevron, Rodgers served as Plant Manager at Woodcraft Industries, Wahpeton, ND, one of the nation’s leading manufacturers of volume hardwood and laminated components. While at Woodcraft Industries, Rodgers oversaw customer service, quality, scheduling, engineering, maintenance and manufacturing across the plant. Prior to starting with Woodcraft Industries, Rodgers served as Director of Operational Excellence for Varistar at the Otter Tail Corporation in Fargo, ND, where he established OE in driving improvements across all company sites. He also held positions of related responsibilities in continuous improvement at Pella Windows, Pella, IA, and The Toro Company, Bloomington, MN. Rodgers earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University, Fargo. He lives in Moorhead, MN, with his wife and two daughters.
