Birklid-Claeys

Katelyn Birklid and Joe Claeys were married August 29, 2020 at Standing Rock Lutheran Church in Fort Ransom, ND. A reception and dance followed at Stiklestad Lodge near Fort Ransom.

Parents of the couple are Theresa and Les Tucker, Jamestown, ND; Robert and Vickie Birklid, Fort Ransom, ND; and Bernie and Margene Claeys, Ghent, MN.

The bride is a 2008 graduate of Lisbon High School (ND) and a 2013 graduate of the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor’s of Accountancy. She is a CPA and employed at H.B. Fuller in Vadnais Heights, MN.

The groom is a 2006 graduate of Minneota High School (MN). He graduated with a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Southwest Minnesota State University in 2010 and a Master’s in Accountancy from the University of St. Thomas in 2011. He is a CPA and employed at Medtronic in Fridley, MN.

The couple resides in Minneapolis, MN.
