FM Real Estate Team awarded at Regional Level

Fargo, ND March, 2021 — The FM Real Estate Team of Keller Williams Inspire Realty was recently awarded a Triple Platinum Award and a spot in the Top 5 Groups in the North Central Region.

The FM Real Estate Team was started in 2006 by Jeff Shipley. It has since grown to be in the top 2% of Real Estate Teams in the Keller Williams Worldwide Family and currently closes on 300-400 transactions per year in the FM area. Shipley has built the team directly from the models laid out by Gary Keller and Keller Williams to build a fully leveraged 7th level real estate team. The team is currently led by Lynn Motteberg and has an agent count of 25+, growing rapidly. Motteberg has been the local YWCA’s Woman of the Year, Store Manager of the Year for Bath and Body Works twice, among multiple other leadership accomplishments.
