Inna Sumra Featured in “Professional Photographer”

Inna Sumra is a professional photographer in Fargo, North Dakota. She opened the doors of Inna Portraits studio located at 612 Main Ave, Fargo on March 1, 2020.

Inna had the honor of her work being featured on the cover of May 2020 issue of Professional Photographer, along with the feature story in the magazine. An image of the Professional Photographer magazine cover is displayed above.

This magazine is the voice of over 30,000 members of the Professional Photographers of America, better known as the PPA.

Aeronautical engineer from Russia, Inna has three master’s degrees in photography and one master’s degree in art. She has won numerous national and international awards and recognitions. Her work has been displayed in USA and in Europe.

Inna brings years of experience and knowledge to the table. She has been the PPA International Photographer of the Year from 2015- current. She is also the PPA International Artist of the Year 2019. She has judged the print competitions for PPA in several states. Her passion is children’s photography and family photography.

Inna happily shares her knowledge and teaches at professional photography conventions across the country. She was the keynote speaker at Louisiana PPA in New Orleans, in 2019.

Inna has mastered the art in Spain, Russia, Great Britain, and USA. In addition to children’s photography, family photography, senior pictures, fine art, and business head shots, Inna provides oil and acrylic portrait painting from a photography session or a photograph.

Inna says that due to advances in camera technology, anyone can take pictures but there is no button to “capture the soul”.

Inna believes photography is about creating a portrait that will be passed down the generations. As a professional photographer she genuinely enjoys her craft. She pours her heart and soul into her children’s portrait photography and family photography.
