Mark Spriggs Earns Graduate Master Builder Designation - GMB
Mark of M & J Construction, has become one of a select group of professional home builders nationwide to attain the Graduate Master Builder (GMB) designation, identifying hims as some of the building industry’s top professionals. Administered by National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Education, the GMB program is sponsored locally by HBA-FM. “With over 10 years of time, travel and dollars spent, I am very pleased to have completed the requirements for this educational designation, said Mark. “The curriculum’s very comprehensive, and as a result, I believe I was able to get a broader knowledge of the whole construction industry to help our clients. This designation (GMB) adds to the others he has earned over the course of the 10 years. --- CAPS, CGR CGB, CGP, SSM, GMR. To qualify for the GMB designation program, a builder must have attained either the Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) or the Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) designations and have five years of building industry experience or have successfully completed an additional three NAHB-approved courses and have at least 10 years of industry experience. GMB graduates complete an intensive series of courses on how to capitalize on business opportunities executive-level financial management, managing risk in an evolving market and other building industry topics.
