Kelsey & Dana Brakke, of Detroit Lakes, Minn., are happy to announce the birth of their daughter, Libby Jeanne Brakke. Libby was delivered by Tonya Diggins, Midwife, CNP, and Dr. Kailey Witt at Perham Health on November 18, 2020, at 2:41 p.m. She weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces and was 21 inches long. Libby is welcomed home by sibling Lila; and grandparents Shari & Mark Dybdal Sandy Brakke & David Grosz and Rodney Brakke (deceased).
