Spitfire Wins Reserve Grand Championship in Minnesota

The traveling competition barbecue team from Spitfire Bar and Grill of West Fargo and Detroit Lakes was named the reserve grand champion of Minnesota in May-August held in Cambridge, Minnesota on August 29, 2020. The team, led by chief cook Tim Olson, competed against 44 other teams in the Kansas City Barbecue Society sanctioned contest. Besides placing second in overall points, Spitfire placed second in both ribs and pork.
