Three Staff from HEI Earn Licenses
Houston Engineering, Inc. (HEI) congratulates the following staff on earning professional licenses: Patrick Johanneck earned his Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license for Minnesota; Paul LeClaire earned his Professional Engineer (PE) license for North Dakota; Bennett Uhler earned his PE for North Dakota. They all work in HEI’s Fargo office. Patrick Johanneck joined HEI in 2010 and serves as a Land Surveyor I completing various surveys for HEI’s private and public clients across the region. His duties include drafting and surveying as well as construction inspection, cross section, topographic control, construction staking, and legal boundary surveys. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting and fishing, and watching and reading about sports. Paul LeClaire joined HEI in 2015 and serves as an Engineer II supporting clients with in-depth modeling efforts, assisting with drainage improvements, culvert installations, watershed planning, and more. Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with friends and family, shooting pool, biking, and camping. Bennett Uhler joined HEI in 2014 and serves as an Engineer II providing water resource services in urban settings with a focus on flood protection, stormwater management, and underground utilities. He is experienced in stormwater design and has worked on a variety of projects in the Fargo-Moorhead area. He also performs all duties in site observation for new developments. Outside of work, Bennett enjoys spending time with his wife Alexis, completing miscellaneous projects around their home, and playing softball when the weather cooperates.
