Shanna Mjelde, Fargo, and Robert Vanlaningham, Minot, N.D., announce their engagement.
Parents are Norma Mjelde, Moorhead; and the late Vernon Mjelde.
Attendants will be Becky Mjelde-Smeltzer, Moorhead; and Jeff Vanlaningham, Jamestown, N.D.
Shanna served with the U.S. Navy from 1965 to 1969, and Robert served with the U.S. Air Force from 1968 to 1972. Both are retired.
A July 15 wedding and reception are planned at Trinity Lutheran Church, Moorhead.
