Kayla Ness and Paul Cichos announce their engagement.

Kayla graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Paul graduated from Jamestown (N.D.) College and is employed by the Pembina County Sheriff's Department, Drayton, N.D.
A March 18 wedding is planned at Hope Lutheran Church, south campus, Fargo.
