BISMARCK — A 26-year-old man was fatally shot over the weekend, according to the Bismarck Police Department.
Another man was also shot and is expected to recover, police said.
At about 11 p.m. Sunday, March 28, officers responded to reports of gunfire at an apartment complex in the 1600 block of Mapleton Avenue in north Bismarck.
Investigators believe the two victims were targeted. Police said there is no general threat to the public.
Police are still working to identify suspects. No arrests have been made.
