FARGO — There's no law in Minnesota or North Dakota that bans smoking in apartment units, so it's up to landlords to institute smoke-free policies.
The Forum is working on a story about this issue, and we'd love to hear from apartment dwellers in the Fargo-Moorhead area who have concerns about unwanted secondhand smoke drifting into their living space.
Has your landlord been willing to address your concerns? Does your apartment or condo have a smoke-free policy and is it followed?
