FARGO — Fargo police cited a driver following an incident in north Fargo Monday morning, June 10, in which a van reportedly collided with a bicyclist who was pulling kids in a wagon.
The incident happened about 7:22 a.m. at the intersection of Seventh Avenue North and Fifth Street.
According to information provided by police:
The incident involved a female who was riding a bicycle with a trailer attached that was carrying two small children.
The bicyclist was westbound on Seventh Avenue crossing Fifth Street North when an eastbound vehicle turned northbound onto Fifth Street and struck the bike and trailer.
