GLYNDON, Minn. - The driver of an SUV escaped injury after he lost control of the vehicle on Highway 10 west of Glyndon and it rolled.
Minnesota State Patrol Sgt. Jesse Grabow said the man was wearing his seat belt and was not hurt.
Grabow said the man was driving too fast for conditions and had been drinking alcohol but was not legally intoxicated.
The driver was cited for failure to use due care, Grabow said.
Blowing snow was causing drifts to form on the highway at the time, and the road was icy in spots.
