FARGO-Police have arrested two more people in connection with a fight outside a bar here on Sunday that prosecutors say left a man with permanent brain damage.

Jason Wayne Oien and Nicholas Charles Morris, both 33, reside at Cass County Jail on suspicion of aggravated assault.

Prosecutors today filed charges against Oien, who joins two other men, Scott Moen and Jessy Olson, in facing three felony counts of aggravated assault for allegedly attacking Joey Gaarsland, his wife, and a bystander outside of Rick's Bar early Sunday morning.

Prosecutors have not charged Morris, according to court records.

Police arrested Moen and Olson on Sunday and Monday, respectively.

Police did not comment on the arrest. Authorities have not disclosed Joey Gaarsland's medical condition, but have said he suffered a severe head injury.

Jailers booked Oien today and Morris yesterday.
