GRAND FORKS — The Grand Forks Police Department arrested a man in connection to a hit and run Thursday, June 11.
According to a press release, it happened in a parking lot at 700 First Avenue North around 2 a.m.
Grand Forks police said a man told officers a male driver had intentionally hit him with a tan Honda Civic.
The victim was taken to the emergency room at Altru Hospital to be treated for an injured leg.
The Grand Forks County Sheriff's Department found the vehicle described by the victim and arrested 36-year-old Frederick Graden of Mekinock, N.D.
Graden was taken into custody for driving under the influence.
He is also facing charges of reckless endangerment and leaving the scene of an accident involving an injury.
