FARGO - A driver, who rolled his car on Main Avenue in Fargo, could be facing a number of charges.
Police and fire crews were called out to 16th St N and Main Ave at just after 11 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 11.
Fargo Police say 46-year-old Norman Shreffler Junior was going east on Main Avenue when he hit a light pole.
The vehicle then hit a sign at the M&H gas station, went across the street and rolled into the Knight Printing parking lot.
Two fire trucks and multiple police vehicles were on scene.
Shreffler and one passenger had to pulled out of the car with the jaws of life.
They were transported by ambulance to the hospital to receive medical treatment.
It is not known how serious their injuries are at this time.
The case has been forwarded to the state's attorney for charges of DUI, criminal vehicular injury, driving under suspension and violation of a protection order against Shreffler.
