FARGO — Tenanants briefly had to clear from a north Fargo apartment complex early Monday morning, Nov. 18, after a fire alarm went off and activated a sprinkler system on at least one floor.
The Fargo Fire Department responded to an alarm at the U32 Apartments, 1151 32nd Ave. N., just before 2 a.m. The newly-built phase 2 of the apartment complex was evacuated to allow fire crews to inspect the cause.
After residents were allowed to re-enter the building, the alarms sounded again an hour later.
Cleanup crews were inside the first level of the building with fans and hoses on Monday afternoon, according to the building's management, which said no damage was caused to any of the apartment units.
U32 is owned by Roers, a North Dakota developer and property management company with a presence in both Fargo and Dickinson.
