Fargo — The North Dakota attorney general's office is looking into the controversial Fargo Taco and Margarita Festival. Liz Brocker, a spokesperson for Wayne Stenehjem, said they received at least one complaint about the Saturday festival.
"As of yesterday we had received one complaint. We review every complaint we receive to determine our response. You are welcome to check back in a few days."
Visitors said hundreds waited in line for hours, only to find out they ran out of food. At least eight food trucks were promised by the event, but only one was there. Many visitors are still struggling to get refunds from the out-of-state promoter.
