FARGO-- A portion of Interstate 29 in Fargo was blocked off to passing vehicles early Thursday, September 16 for more than an hour overnight.
Law enforcement from multiple agencies, as well as the Fargo Fire Department, lined the road near the 13th Ave S exit.
Police officers also diverted traffic in both directions on to 13th Ave S.
It appeared the road was blocked from that point to the I-94 exit to the south.
According to Red River Regional Dispatch, first responders were sent to that approximate location for a call of a medical emergency at approximately 1:20 a.m. on Thursday.
This is a developing story.
