DEVILS LAKE, N.D. — A Webster man is dead after a grain bin accident in rural Devils Lake on Wednesday, Feb. 26, according to the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities responded to a report of a man trapped in a grain bin on Wednesday afternoon, but were unable to locate him inside the bin.
The sheriff's office says crews from the Devils Lake Rural Fire and City Fire were eventually able to extract the man.
The sheriff's office confirmed the victim's identity as 80-year-old Richard Volk.
