Concordia athletics hall of famer to speak at upcoming luncheon

MOORHEAD —The Lorentzsen Center for Faith and Work, part of the Concordia College Offutt School of Business, will hold an upcoming "Conscious Leadership" luncheon. The luncheon will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, at Barry Auditorium, within the Grant Center/Offutt School of Business.

The cost for the luncheon is $25 per person. The RSVP deadline is Friday, Feb. 1, online at ConcordiaCollege.edu/businessevents or by calling 218-299-3305.

The luncheon's speaker will be Jodee Bock, a 1985 Concordia graduate. She founded Bock's Office Transformational Consulting and provides customized workshops and seminars in leadership, communication and accountability.

An English and communications major at Concordia, she was an All-American basketball player and is a member of the Cobbers' Athletic Hall of Fame. Bock is also the author of several books, sings in a barbershop chorus, and is the head scorekeeper for both the North Dakota State men's and women's basketball teams.
