TAPPEN, N.D. — A 38-year-old woman was killed in a rollover crash on Interstate 94 north of Tappen about 7:40 a.m. Wednesday, April 24, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.

The woman from Strasburg was driving east on I-94 in a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country minivan when it went into the median and back onto the highway. She lost control of the vehicle, and it rolled coming to rest in the south ditch, the patrol said in a news release.

The woman, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the minivan and died at the scene, the patrol said. The woman's name was not released.

Tappen is about 45 miles west of Jamestown in Kidder County.
