BISMARCK, N.D. -- A man is dead after a motorcycle crash on County Rd 10 at 12:04 a.m. on Monday, July 8.
North Dakota Highway Patrol says a 52 year old woman from Bismarck was driving a car west on the highway, while a motorcycle driven by a 54 year-old-man from Wing, North Dakota was driving east.
According to police, the car hit the motorcycle head on in the westbound lane.
The driver was thrown from the motorcycle, which ended up in the south ditch, and the car left the road, ending up in the north ditch.
The driver of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the car was not hurt in the crash.
