UPDATE: The crash has been cleared and all of the lanes are now reopened to public use, MnDOT says.

ASHBY, Minn. — A lane on I-94 near Ashby will be closed for a few hours after a two semi crash this morning (Wednesday, Dec. 4).

According to the Minnesota Department of Transportation, the crash happened around 9 a.m. in I-94's eastbound lane near the Highway 78 interchange to Ashby. The accident occurred with two semis.

Minnesota Department of Transportation maintenance says the right lane will be closed for a few hours while the crash is cleared.

The drivers involved suffered non-life threatening injuries, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
