HAWLEY, Minn - The Minnesota State Patrol says a 19-year old man from Borup, Minn. died after his minivan went 100 feet off Highway 32, down a hill, rolled across the westbound lanes of Highway 10 and landed in the median.
It happened just after 1 a.m. Saturday morning at the Highway 32, Highway 10 interchange, roughly one mile west of Hawley.
Troopers say the man was not wearing a seat belt, and was thrown from his 2007 Ford Freestar.
It's unclear what caused the driver to go off the road.
Troopers will release his name Saturday afternoon.
Highway 10 was closed in both directions near the crash site for nearly 2 hours as troopers investigated.
