JAMESTOWN, N.D. — A Grand Forks man was injured early Sunday, April 18, in a one-vehicle rollover near Jamestown, the North Dakota Highway Patrol reported.

The accident happened at 5 a.m. Sunday a mile north of Buchanan on U.S. Highway 52.

The patrol said Dakota Hatch, 27, Grand Forks, was driving a 2022 Volvo pulling a four-axle tanker carrying a load of milk when he fell asleep and the vehicle left the road and entered the west ditch, where it rolled. The semi came to rest on the passenger side.

Hatch was taken to Jamestown Regional Medical Center for treatment. He was wearing a seat belt and was charged with care required.

The patrol is continuing to investigate the crash.
