Car crash into north Fargo building sends 1 to hospital

One person was taken to the hospital after a van crashed into a north Fargo business.

FARGO — One person was taken to the hospital after a van crashed into a north Fargo business Monday night, Nov. 16.

Emergency responders were called out to the crash at First Nation Electric, 725 18th St. N., just before 7:30 p.m.

A responding officer with the Fargo Police Department said one person in the vehicle had to be taken to the hospital, but they were conscious and breathing.

Police said they were still investigating what caused the crash.

A witness reported that the vehicle was going 60 mph at the time of the crash that also knocked down a power line.

Xcel Energy was called out to assist law enforcement, but the company's outage map did not show any loss of power in the area.
