HORACE, N.D. — The Cass County Sheriff's Office is investigating an assault that took place at Big Erv's Bar and Grill in Horace early Sunday, June 28.
Around 1:51 a.m. the Cass County Sheriff's Office, Horace Fire Department and F-M Ambulance Service responded to the alleged assault, a press release stated. According to the release, deputies ascertained that the responsible party had assaulted two patrons and a bartender.
One of the individuals was taken to a hospital in the Fargo area, though his condition was not made public. Deputies made one arrest.
