EAST GRAND FORKS — The city celebrated the careers of two longtime East Grand Forks City Council members at an open house Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 18.
Dozens of people gathered to thank Henry Tweten and Mike Pokrzywinski for their service.
Tweten is 94, retiring after 24 years on the council, and Pokrzywinski served 8 years over two separate terms.
